LucidPDF is designed with a strict privacy-first philosophy. We do not process, upload, or store your PDF documents on any external servers. All operations—including PDF merging, digital ink signatures, compression, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR)—are performed 100% locally on your Mac using Apple's native frameworks.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect personal information. The app does not require an account creation or login. To improve app stability, we may collect anonymous crash reports using privacy-respecting, GDPR-compliant tools, which contain no document data or personally identifiable information.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments for the LucidPDF Pro lifetime license are processed securely through Apple's native App Store ecosystem (StoreKit). We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.
