2. License & Lifetime Purchase

LucidPDF offers a "Pro" version accessible via a one-time, lifetime payment through the Mac App Store. This grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features of the software on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID. We firmly stand against recurring subscriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any PDF documents you modify, encrypt, or process using LucidPDF. The LucidPDF Team is not liable for lost passwords on encrypted PDFs or data loss resulting from device failure.

4. Disclaimers

LucidPDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
